All the fully equipped meeting rooms have been conceived to offer a state – of – art choice for special events and congresses due to the high standard technologies signed by Crestron. Professional and qualified Hotel staff ensure permanent assistance in order to make meetings and events a special occasion. The elegant foyer and a modern but traditional wine cellar complete the offer. We offer a complete range of special services on request: Private dinners, shuttle service to the airport or city Centre, hostesses, car services, translators and interpreters, photographers, etc..
Basic equipment for each meeting room:
Videoprojector in each room, folders containing pads and pencils, mineral water for all participants, screen, flip chart, podium, n. 1 or 2 wireless microphones for the speakers table, reception/secretary desk, cloakroom service.
