Villa Lattanzi is a magnificent eighteenth century mansion,surrounded by a rare gem of Mediterranean maquis shrubland very close to the sea: the Forest of Cugnolo, in Torre di Palme in the heart of the Marche region. Once owned by the Adami’s Counts, it has now returned to its former splendor by the help of some meticulous restoration, and has reopened its doors to anyone wishing to enjoy elegance, privacy and comfort.Villa Lattanzi offers charming alternatives for every moment of the ceremony that can have different possibilities and settings.
The interior spaces are cared for to the finest detail; they feature large windows overlooking the beautiful garden and the spacious
banquet hall.
For business meetings, team building activities, top management and board meetings, Villa Lattanzi can offer two meeting rooms:
the Adami Room and the Vinci Room. The rooms can be arranged for 20 to 200 people. Their forte are the privacy space and the modern technology offering:
quality acoustics, video projection and Wi-Fi.

The eighteen rooms offer a setting of aristocratic beauty, suspended between the earth and the sea.
There are three types of room available:

Comfort: bright and welcoming, with panoramic views of the sea or forest and a natural stone bathroom with shower.

Superior: spacious and comfortable, with panoramic views of the sea or forest and large natural stone bathroom with shower.

Deluxe: elegant and equipped with every comfort, three windows
and with panoramic views of the sea or the forest. It includes a bathtub
in the room and a natural stone bathroom with shower.
