Profile

Bari Convention Bureau is a Consortium, born in October 2013 with the main purpose of promoting Bari and its surroundings as an ideal destination for the organization of big events.
BCB is composed of 8 companies owning 15 Hotels (3 and 4-star) with a total of 1390 rooms, 95 meeting rooms for a total maximum capacity of about 4000 people (maximum capacity of plenary room: 1000 pax) and 3 main trade associations in the Tourism industry: Federalberghi Bari-BAT, Confcommercio BariBAT, Confindustria Bari-BAT. The presence of trade associations within the BCB guarantees the participation in the project and the representation of all categories; it also makes the relationship with the main public and private institutions - such as Apulia Region, the Tourism Board of Puglia, Pugliapromozione, Bari Chamber of Commerce and Fiera del Levante - extremely tight.
Thanks to the agreement with Fiera del Levante, BCB can make the entire exhibition centre available, with its maximum capacity of 4000 delegates for conferences
(plenary room) and 9000 participants for big events (plenary room).
In addition, Bari Convention Bureau has been recognized as a “MICE Product Club” of Puglia Region, is therefore an officially authorized entity for the promotion
of the MICE industry of the territory of Bari along with its partners.
