Convention Bureau Genova is a consortium founded in 1998 to promote the MICE tourism of the Province of Genova and provides a global assistance in conference and event planning, such as finding hotel accommodation, helping select the appropriate conference venues, advising on catering services, incentive programs and all collateral activities.
Convention Bureau Genova represents the institutional point of reference for the congress system of the city and all its members (5,4,3 star hotels, PCOs, the Congress Centre, Palazzo Ducale, historic villas and palaces, catering companies, transportation companies, the Aquarium, technical conference service providers, etc.) operate together to support all the operators who are involved in the organization of the events.
Moreover, the synergy between Convention Bureau Genova and the local Institutions successfully contributes in assessing Genova as an excellent conference destination. In support of thie sinergy, the Consortium has recently signed an exclusive agreement with the Municipality of Genova and special agreements with the major local subjects to provide a range of benefits for operators who wish to organize their event in the city.
