ABOUT US
Effe erre congressi is specialized in the organization of events and scientific congresses, national and international workshop, istitutional and corporate events, corporate meetings. With more than 20 year of activity and at least 200 satisfied clients, we help authorities and universities, research centers, public administrations and private and public companies, in the whole process of the event organization, from the concept to the project, from the realization to the the follow up, with innovative and sustainable solutions.

OUR HISTORY
We have achieved more than 500 events: International Scientific Congresses (32nd EGOS Colloquium Naples 2016, CMS7 Naples 2011, ESB Sorrento 2005, EUCAS Sorrento 2003), Events for Public Institutions and International Companies (World Bank, OECD, Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, Ministero degli Interni, Regione Campania), and Corporate Events, Ceremonies and Meetings (2001 Pirelli Calendar Launch Event, Opening of the new Terminal of International Airport of Naples Capodichini, with His Royal Majesty Charles Prince of Wales, 25 years of Activity De Matteis Agroalimentare, Enel).

SERVICES
We manage each aspect related to the organization of every kind of Events and Meetings, from the choice of the location and the providers, to the general coordination of all the services. We work in Campania and whole Italy, e we cooperate with the most important Universities and Research Centers.
We offer the following services: administrative and organizing secretariat, communication and marketing, setting and printed materials, audio-video service, graphic design, catering and banqueting, hostess and steward, interpreting services both simultaneous and for negotiation (in english, french, spanish, german, arabic, russian, chinese, japanese, korean and more other languages), we offer leisure activities packages and guided tours both in italian and foreign languages.
We organize gala dinner in exclusive and outstanding locations and we develop innovative application to manage the events communication: we develop mobile app and websites, chatroom, we offer a panel for the online submissions, we develop augmented and virtual reality.
