An old building in the middle of Friuli plain is now the modern and elegant seat of every kind of events, accomodating up to 450 persons.
Built in 1834 as a cellar and grain storehouse by a forebear of the present owner, after a long and painstaking restauration, and the installation of all modern safety equipments, it offers today large and appropriate room for all kind of meetings, either public or private, such as conventions, conferences, weddings, dinners, exhibitions, even balls, concerts and other musical performances.
Its ground floor includes:
- the large entrance hall, embellished with the double stone stairs leading to the first floor,
- the main room seating up to 173 persons,
- the kitchen area, with storage and staff rooms.
At the first floor one single room of 440 mq. can seat up to 297 persons, either for conferences or for banqueting. It can be reached also by lift, and has its own gentlemen's and ladies's rooms, and a separate stair for the staff.
The Folador offers an excellent solution to host a large meeting at the first floor followed by a reception at the ground floor.
It is surrounded by a garden and large green spaces with plenty of parking room for cars and buses.
Its position at the very end of the small village of Merlana, itself only minutes from the motorway,but distant from the main thoroughfare, can satisfy every need of quiet and privacy.
