Villa Terciona is a beautiful location in the heart of a green park: a unique place made of quiet, nature and history and representing the quintessence of Tuscan style. Outside, Villa Terciona features a natural space made of olive trees, native and non-native plants, a wonderful pond with a small wooden bridge, and a 200-square-meter terrace overlooking vineyards and olive groves. The main conference room can be set up as a stalls with a central stage and audio-visual equipment or with a single table. We have two supporting sub meeting rooms for an additional 30 people each. In warm weather, you can choose to hold business lunches and dinners outdoors in one of the many areas available. In winter, the dining room with its antique fratina accommodates 50 people seated with round support tables. Refined furnishings and 15th-century style furniture characterize this elegant room with a stone fireplace. Wine bar and wine cellar are available for an aperitif, a tasting of typical products or a dance at the end of the evening. The panoramic loggia is perhaps the most striking space in the location: it affords a breathtaking view of the Chianti Classico Gallo Nero vineyards. Guests can sit at the imperial table and enjoy the view, being warmed by the fire in the stone fireplace, whether for a business lunch or a private meeting. We have the availability of 20 rooms in the surrounding estates. Villa Terciona follows all the criteria of sustainability: after two years of restoration, the location now has a photovoltaic system built into the roof of the building and in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Solar energy powers hot and thermal water. For disposal, the Green method of wire purification is followed. Villa Terciona turns its gaze to the future with its heart set on a past that adds value to the present. We work for a more sustainable tomorrow and look forward to sharing these values and showing you all the wonder of this place, certain that once you enter its gates, you will not want to be anywhere else.
