Heritage HUB is a place devoted to work, services and training, but above all, it is the home of the company's classic car collection. Our one-of-a-kind exhibition space welcomes the public, inviting them to make a thrilling journey that spans the history of our heritage.
Heritage Hub is located in the premises of what was formerly Workshop 81 in Via Plava, Turin - one of the historical Fiat mechanical production plants within the Mirafiori industrial hub. Covering a surface area of over 15,000 m2, it hosts the Heritage team’s offices, a fascinating exhibition that tells the story of the Mirafiori plant and last but not least, the inimitable company collection of cars manufactured by the Fiat, Lancia and Abarth brands. The space is also home to a selection of important Alfa Romeo, Autobianchi and Jeep vehicles, also, a striking space dedicated to classic engines has been set up. Known as the Engine Area, it displays and describes the most iconic and representative engines in the history of the company’s production, dating back over one hundred years. Finally, the visitors can admire a selection of Fiat vehicles, equipped especially for the Carabinieri police force over a period of more than fifty years.
The original building – built in the mid-1960s to house mechanical workshops dedicated to the production of transmission parts – was subjected to a careful conservation and restoration process that respected its industrial character, its original colours, its historic cement flooring and the dense network of iron pillars that punctuates the space.
The exhibition space of Heritage Hub hosts a collection of about 300 vehicles – some of which have never been displayed before. No less than 64 of these are the protagonists of the eight “cross-brand” themed areas that make up the heart of the display layout, each hosting vehicles of different brands and ages.
