Thanks to an innovative pilot project in Europe, the “Hyperbolic Refrigerant”, a Cooling Tower of 1938, has been converted into a multi-functional hub for business, art, educational & leisure activities and represents today a “lighthouse shining on change".
Characterized by elegant architecture, sophisticated design and stunning views, the tower represents an ideal venue for all kind of events.

58 metres above the ground, the top floor boasts a breathtaking 360 degree view on Venice Island and its rich productive system.
Each of the 30 windows that surround the observatory guarantees a unique and different view allowing you to travel from the bell tower of St Mark in Venice to Muran Island, from the Euganean Hills to the Dolomites, from the shores of the Venice Port coloured by thousand containers to the the great multisectoral enterprises.
A spectacle that the breathtaking sunsets and thousands of evening lights make even more exciting.

On the first floor of the tower, the Auditorium G. Sottana represents an ideal working context for private and professional events.
500 sq.m of cutting-edge technology, 300 pax and top-level acoustics.
The auditorium is flexible, functional, comfortable and can be divided into two indipendent meeting rooms.
Outside the auditorium the two foyers, marked out by an elegant venitian design and the glass terrace: a particularly impressive outdoor area with a special view. Walking on the transparent glass floor, it is possible to observe the architectonic power and elegance of the hyperboloid from inside, literally touching it with your hands.

On the ground floor the shiny reception area is enriched by a storytelling of the tower and the innovative reconversion project. Here the most curious can also discover its ingenious operating mechanism. The reception gives access to the cloakroom and to the exposition hall, a multifunctional and extremely bright area of 600 sq.m with high-tech equipment. The space can be customized to ensure a remarkable experience.
